Welcome to WatchFacts. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using WatchFacts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. WatchFacts Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 2 – ABOUT WATCHFACTS

WatchFacts Inc. operates a global platform connecting verified dealers in the luxury watch, jewelry, and handbag industries. The Platform consolidates private sourcing calls, verified listings, and dealer communications from multiple trading networks into one secure system. Members can browse, buy, and sell directly with verified dealers through WhatsApp or via in-platform contact channels.

SECTION 3 – ELIGIBILITY

To use WatchFacts, you must be at least eighteen years of age and legally authorized to conduct business. You must use the Platform solely for lawful, legitimate, and professional purposes, and comply with all applicable trade regulations. WatchFacts reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity.

SECTION 4 – ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Certain features of the Platform require you to register and create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account. WatchFacts may suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, demonstrates unauthorized use, or violates these Terms.

SECTION 5 – DEALER LISTINGS AND TRANSACTIONS

WatchFacts provides a communication platform for verified dealers to post listings, source inventory, and engage in professional trade. The company does not act as a broker, intermediary, or guarantor in private transactions unless explicitly stated. All negotiations and communications occur directly between verified dealers via their WhatsApp contact links. Each user is responsible for performing due diligence before completing any transaction. WatchFacts Inc. is not responsible for disputes, financial losses, or misrepresentations between users.

SECTION 6 – COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING CONSENT

By registering or submitting your information to WatchFacts, you acknowledge and agree that WatchFacts Inc. may collect and store your phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address for account verification, operational communication, and marketing purposes. You consent to receive communications from WatchFacts via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, which may include updates, promotional materials, or dealer opportunities. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting corp@WatchFacts.com. Your contact information will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties.

SECTION 7 – DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

WatchFacts collects limited personal and business data to ensure platform security, user verification, and service quality. Collected information may include your name, contact details, device information, and activity logs. All data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.watchfacts.com/privacy. WatchFacts Inc. maintains strict safeguards to protect your data and ensures all information is processed lawfully and transparently.

SECTION 8 – MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND FEES

WatchFacts offers two membership options. A free trial provides fifteen days of complimentary access to verified listings and sourcing features. The unlimited access plan costs $99.99 per month and provides full access to all verified listings, sourcing calls, and integrated dealer chats. All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Users may register or upgrade at www.watchfacts.com/login.

SECTION 9 – SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

WatchFacts may modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted access, WatchFacts does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. The company is not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues that may affect access or functionality.

SECTION 10 – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users agree not to post false or misleading information, use the Platform for illegal purposes, share or resell dealer data outside the system, or attempt to interfere with or bypass verification mechanisms. Automation tools, bots, and scrapers are strictly prohibited without written authorization. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through WatchFacts, including text, images, trademarks, logos, data, and software, is the exclusive property of WatchFacts Inc. or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written permission.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” WatchFacts Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, uptime, accuracy, or trading outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchFacts Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in private dealer transactions.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatchFacts Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs resulting from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

WatchFacts reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any user account that violates these Terms, misuses dealer information, or attempts to compromise system security. Upon termination, the user’s right to access the Platform will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

WatchFacts may revise or update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at www.watchfacts.com/terms. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
