Shortly after our inception, we partnered up with Amazon’s Secret Shipper program. A system designed to analyze product quality and prevent seller fraud.

Amazon Certified Pre-Owned Program
We were the consultants in charge of starting Amazon’s CPO program. A project in which we were responsible for the inspection and authentication of over 10,000 luxury watches. After seeing the success both programs experienced, we decided to combine Amazon’s CPO program with the Secret Seller program; an initiative designed to inspect and ensure the behavior of sellers across the platform.

Jomashop CPO Program
After catching wind of our success at Amazon, Jomashop, one of the largest luxury watch retailers asked us for their own certified, pre-loved program. The process involved inspection of thousands of watches. We then worked with Jomashop to expand their repertoire by sourcing and vetting watch dealers from across the country.

Ebay Authenticate Program
After our success with Amazon and Jomashop, we began working with Ebay to authenticate and certify their products. We successfully inspected over 50,000 watches per month.

Launch of The Collective
In 2019 we released our own luxury goods marketplace. Including but not limited to luxury watches, fine jewelry, high-end handbags, cars, and art.

Launch of The Price Optimizer
WatchFacts developed a pricing optimizer that uses real-time pricing analysis to set ideal prices; ensuring our partners never again lose the Buy Box to cheaper competitors.
